Difference between Gram positive an Gram negative bacteria in terms of cell wall:
1) a. Cell wall of gram negative bacteria composed of have a thin peptidoglycan layer and cell wall of in gram positive bacteria composed of thick peptidoglycan layer.
b. In gram negative bacteria, lipid is present in outer membrane and in gram positive bacteria lipid is not present in outer membrane.
