However, very few people are familiar with what the father of biotechnology is and what the field actually does.
The father of biotechnology is a man named Ronald Klatz. He received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Illinois at Champaign. He then worked for several years as an aerospace engineer while working on bio-medical equipment designed to cure disease using living things. After that he started his own company, Neuro Devices Inc., doing research and development work on diagnostic equipment and drug development.
